Using Blacksquare Labs

These terms apply when you use blacksquarelabs.dev or the Blacksquare Labs tools available to AI assistants. By using them, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

What the AI tools do

The tools help you identify the business information needed for an AI visibility consultation and organize your answers into a reviewable brief. They do not submit a lead, send a message, enter into an agreement, or book a meeting. You must use the website call planner or contact Blacksquare Labs directly to take the next step.

No guaranteed outcome

Website and tool content is general information, not professional advice or a promise of results. AI providers, their models, and their ranking or recommendation systems are outside our control. Blacksquare Labs does not guarantee that any company will be cited, recommended, ranked, or selected by an AI system.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information you are authorized to share and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Do not submit confidential, sensitive, illegal, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the website, its tools, or related systems.
• Review AI-generated or tool-organized content before relying on it or sending it to anyone.

Intellectual property

Blacksquare Labs retains its rights in the website, branding, copy, code, and service materials. You retain your rights in information you provide. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to respond to your request and provide the relevant functionality.

Third-party services

The website and tools may depend on or link to third-party services, including hosting, email, and AI platforms. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. Blacksquare Labs is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Availability and liability
