What this policy covers

This policy explains how Blacksquare Labs handles information when you use blacksquarelabs.dev, submit an enquiry, or use the Blacksquare Labs tools available to AI assistants.

Information you provide

When you contact us through the website, you may provide your name, work email, company, and a message. The call planner can also include your business name, website, offer, ideal customer, primary market, and the action you want an AI assistant to support.

Both website enquiry forms send the information you enter to Blacksquare Labs through our email provider when you select Send enquiry. A page source and, when present, the campaign name from your link are included to help us understand the enquiry. A request identifier is used to avoid duplicate delivery when you retry.

AI assistant tools

Our remote MCP tools ask for and organize business context: business name, optional website, offer, ideal customer, market, and desired customer action. The tools do not request contact details, submit a lead, send a message, or book a meeting. They return a consultation brief and a link to the website call planner.

Tool inputs are processed to produce the requested response. Our current MCP implementation does not store a lead or create a customer profile. The AI platform you use may process tool calls under its own privacy terms. Separately, browser assistant tools can populate the website enquiry form with business and contact details for your review. Preparing the form does not send it; submission is a separate action.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and arrange requested conversations.
• To prepare and deliver services you ask us to discuss.
• To protect the website, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and retention

Vercel hosts the website and MCP endpoint. Resend processes messages sent through the website contact form. OpenAI or another AI provider may transmit tool requests when you choose to use the plugin there. These providers process information under their own terms and only as needed to provide their services.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, maintain the resulting business relationship, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Basic hosting and security logs may be retained by our hosting provider for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores your theme preference locally. The current site does not load advertising or analytics tags. See our cookie policy for more detail.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. We do not sell personal information.
